When you sign up for an Erik’s loyalty account, please be sure to fill out the phone number field. When you place an order at Erik’s, give the Team Member your phone number and your points will be automatically added to your account.
If you forget to give your number at the register, you can still earn points with your receipt. Locate the numbers shown on the bottom of your receipt, under the barcode, and enter them online after you login to your account. This number will expire after 14 days from your purchase at Erik’s.

For every $1 that you spend at Erik’s you will earn 1 point. You will receive a $10 reward when you have earned 100 points.
16 points. Amounts are rounded to the nearest point amount. For example: amounts from $15.00 to $15.49 would round down to 15 points, but amounts from $15.50 to $15.99 would round up to 16 points.
Make sure you have your receipt from your first order. Login to your online account here: https://www.eriksdelicafe.com/loyalty-sign-in/ Click on “Earn Points”. Under “Location”, select the location that you dined at. Under “Barcode”, enter the barcode number found at the bottom of your receipt. If you would like, you can add an additional comment to share your experience on social media. Otherwise, click “Submit” and your points should be in your new loyalty account.

Yes. When placing an online order, select “Login”, then “Login with Loyalty Club”. Once you have logged in, you will automatically earn points on your online order. You will also be able to either redeem your rewards or redeem your offer at checkout through online ordering. Rewards and offers cannot be redeemed together on the same order.
Orders from 3rd party providers such as DoorDash or Uber Eats do not qualify for earning points.
Yes. Points will be earned when using a gift card to make a purchase. Points will not be earned when purchasing the gift card.
After you have placed an order at Erik’s, give the Team Member your phone number and let him or her know how many rewards you would like to redeem. Your Team Member will also be able to tell you what your rewards balance is.
Rewards earned will be valid for 365 days (1 year) from the date they were earned.
After December 1, 2022, Loyalty Club Cards cannot be redeemed or transferred to a Loyalty Club Account.
Erik’s will no longer support Facebook Login in the near future. Please be sure to add your Email address to your Loyalty Club account.
