How do I earn points when ordering in-store?
Tap “Rewards & Offers” at the Home Screen. Then scroll down and tap “Earn Points at a Location” button. You will have three options to earn points. If you would like to earn points at the register, scan the QR code at the register when placing your order. If you want to earn points after you’ve placed your order, you can either scan the barcode at the bottom of your receipt or manually enter in the bar code numbers.

How do I earn points when ordering through the app?
When you place your online order through the app, your points will automatically be added to your account after checkout.

How many points and rewards can I earn when I dine at Erik’s?
For every $1 that you spend at Erik’s you will earn 1 point. You will receive a $10 reward when you have earned 100 points.

What if a receipt is $15.74? Do I get 15 points or 16 points?
16 points. Amounts are rounded to the nearest point amount. For example: amounts from $15.00 to $15.49 would round down to 15 points, but amounts from $15.50 to $15.99 would round up to 16 points.

Can I earn points when using a gift card?
Yes. Points will be earned when using a gift card to make a purchase. Points will not be earned when purchasing the gift card.

How do I redeem rewards/offers when ordering through the app?
To use your rewards, select “Erik’s DeliCafé Rewards/Offers” upon checkout. You can choose to redeem an offer or use your reward dollars. An offer cannot be used in conjunction with reward dollars. When choosing “Reward Dollars”, an amount cannot be specified. If your order is less than the amount of reward dollars you have, your entire order will be purchased with reward dollars. If your order exceeds the amount of reward dollars you have, all of your reward dollars will be applied and you will have a remaining balance.

Can I use my rewards and earn points on the remaining balance?
Yes. Just scan your Redeem QR code when prompted by the Erik’s team member, and if there is a balance on the total purchase, you will automatically earn those points.

What is the maximum amount of rewards that I can redeem at one time?
You can redeem up to $50 rewards per order.

How long do I have to use my rewards before they expire?
Rewards will be valid for 365 days from the date they were earned.

If I create a redemption code but do not use it in the store before the redemption code expires, will I lose my rewards?
No. If your redemption code expires, your rewards will go back into your account.

What other benefits are there in being a part of Erik’s Loyalty Program?
You will be one of the first to know about Erik’s new menu items, contests, and other news at Erik’s. You will also receive special offers and promotions and be included in any Erik’s double-point events.
